I always stay at my favorite place in Rome. The staff helped me print my boarding pass. It suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, handicap parking, cookware, AC, shuttle service, TV. I keep coming back for my romantic escape.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the vibrant Appio Latino neighborhood. It felt like being right in the heart of Rome, surrounded by an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and historic sites.

Riccardo was a total legend, greeted us even though we were late! Easy metro access, spotlessly clean, super comfy and secure. All the facilities we needed, including awesome breakfast at Zero6. Thanks Riccardo for an amazing stay!

As a tourist, I loved the spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment at Kings Of Rome. The open plan kitchen and living room area provided plenty of space to relax. Hector, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. The extra towel change on the second day was a pleasant surprise. The apartment's location near shops, coffee places, restaurants, and the main Metro line was extremely convenient for exploring Rome.

I highly recommend Kings Of Rome Apartments! We had a wonderful week-long stay in a comfortable, bright room with all the necessary amenities. Irene, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing us with detailed information before our arrival and assisting us with our early departure. The location is convenient, with nearby metro stations, cafes, and shops. Plus, the room had a unique ceiling window that added a nice touch. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. • The location of the apartment was very convenient, with easy access to the metro station and a variety of restaurants nearby.• The host, Hector, was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for getting around the city.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of electric kettles in the rooms, which would have been helpful for those who are not used to using gas stoves. Another downside was the unfortunate incident of theft that occurred during our stay when our belongings were stolen from the apartment in our absence.
